This rug looks and feels just like a wool rug! It's incredibly soft and also durable. But what's surprising is that it's made from 100% recycled plastic.

The rug is made entirely from used plastic bottles! This gives it the advantage of being suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as it's moisture and dirt-resistant.

One side features wide stripes, while the other side has narrow stripes. So you can always flip it over for a fresh new look in your home, conservatory, or garden.

The rug is lightweight, reversible, and can be hand washed at 30 degrees. You can find carpets from this collection in various sizes,colours, and patterns. They can all be used both indoors and outdoors.

About the manufacturing process:

Used plastic bottles are collected from nature and cities. Labels and caps are removed, and then the bottles are crushed and washed to obtain clear plastic flakes.

The clean plastic flakes undergo a polymerisation process to be transformed into PET fibers.

The PET fibers are ripped and woven together to create a PET fiber yarn net. Skilled artisans then dye and weave it into the rug you see here.
